Refunds
One Lamp · last updated 6 November 2026
We would rather be clear than clever, so here is the whole policy in one screen.
The short version: access begins the moment you ask for it, so a period
that has already started is not refundable. If the app is broken on our side, we refund it — no argument.
When we refund
- The app did not unlock after you paid, and it is our fault.
- The conversation failed repeatedly because of an error on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- We discontinued a paid feature before your period ended — we refund the unused part.
- You are within 14 days of your first payment and you have not used the paid features. In that case we refund in full, no questions asked.
When we do not
- You have already read the reading you paid for and simply did not find it useful. A reading is a piece of
writing you received, not a result we can take back — we make no promise about what it will tell you.
- You forgot that the card does not renew automatically, and you did not buy another one. (Nothing is charged
without you buying it, so there is nothing to refund.)
- You disagree with what the Tiger said.
How to ask
Write to support@onelamp.app with the date and the plan you bought.
We answer within two working days and process refunds to the original payment method. Depending on your bank,
it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes a right that the consumer law of your country gives you. If you are in the EU or UK and
bought digital content, you have a 14-day withdrawal right unless you expressly asked us to start delivering
immediately — which you do, because a reply is generated on demand. Where our policy and your local law differ,
your local law wins.
